The double room is tidy and has an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a work desk. The staff are helpful and amiable as well as the owner...

We had a fantastic stay here. The room was clean and comfy. The hotel was close to Ciampino airport, just a short 10-minute drive. The host was exceptional, very kind and helpful. He even booked us a taxi to the airport. The location of the hotel was great, away from the noise of the city center but still conveniently located near the final metro station towards the center of Rome. We also enjoyed the breakfast included at a nearby cafe.

water pressure was weak

The manager was super helpful and made our stay enjoyable. He gave us great directions to all the sights in Rome and made navigating the streets a breeze. The room itself was clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long day of exploring the city. the short drive to the airport was a major plus for us as it saved us a lot of time and hassle.

The advertised airport transfer was misleading. We ended up taking public transport instead, which took us over 45 minutes and required multiple buses and walking.
